• Account Information: When you register (as an Owner or Trainer), we collect your name, email address, phone number, and account password.
• Camel Management Data: Information about camels, health records, training progress, and lab results uploaded by you.
• Device and Usage Information: Push notification tokens (FCM token), device details, and log information during active app use.

3. Device Permissions and Data Access

To provide a full experience, the Right Camel app requires access to certain features on your mobile device:

• Camera Access: Required to allow users to take and upload photos of camels, medical reports, or profile pictures directly.
• Photo Library / Gallery Access: Required to browse and select existing camel photos and laboratory files for upload.
• Notification Permissions: Required to deliver real-time notifications about training alerts, chat messages, and reports.
• Local Storage (Read/Write): Required to cache files, save local logs, and temporarily store uploaded reports.

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. However, disabling certain permissions may limit your ability to use specific features of the application.

4. How We Use Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• To establish and manage your user account.
• To allow real-time sync of camel records and trainer logs.
• To send push notifications regarding alerts, chat messages, or updates.
• To maintain system performance and verify security integrity.

5. Data Storage and Protection

We use secure databases and encrypted communication protocols (HTTPS) to safeguard your data. Your password is encrypted using secure industry-standard hashing algorithms. While we implement strict protection measures, no system on the internet can be 100% secure.

Our services are not intended for or marketed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete such data immediately. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and personal data at any time from within the mobile app settings (under "More > Delete Account"). Once triggered, your user record, associated profiles, and history will be permanently deleted from our servers.

We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We use third-party service providers (like Firebase Messaging for push notifications) to facilitate features, subject to their respective privacy standards.
