By downloading, installing, or using the Right Camel (RC) mobile application or web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must register an account to access the features of Right Camel. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details (email and password) and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. App Usage Rules

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for managing camel records. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the server API of Right Camel.
• Upload false health records or fraudulent medical certifications.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand identity, logos, code, design, UI elements, and software features of Right Camel (RC) are the exclusive property of Right Camel and its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Right Camel (RC) is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the application will always run error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from database errors, veterinary records inaccuracy, or communication delays.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or act in a way that harms the platform. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which will permanently clear your records from our systems.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be published on this page, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the local regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent local courts.
